Job Description

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters 

  • Assist with implementing HR policies and procedures

  • Prepare basic HR reports as needed

  • Perform other administrative tasks related to HR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology

  • Must have at least 1–2 years of experience as an HR Officer or Generalist

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Willing to learn and grow in HR responsibilities

  • Proficient in MS Office
