• Manage vehicle integration of autonomous driving (AD) and powertrain (PWT) HW and SW
• Manage AD & PWT SW and HW release management
• Manage AD & PWT homologation process
• Support Chinese productions license and NDRC vehicles
• Synchronize powertrain development with project milestones 
• Manage AD & PWT diagnosis concept,
• Manage AD & PWT and vehicle EMC
• Manage AD & PWT vehicle planning (usage, equipment, updates
• Support AD & PWT safety concept and safety functions
• Manage validation of above items
• Manage handshake manufacturing
• Lean & self responsible reporting to VP, escalation whenever necessary
• Risk management (all relevant impacts) incl. fall back solutions
• Manage own devision belongings in order to achive all targets (budget, recruiting, organization, international synchronisation, cost targets, timeline, deliverables)
• Reporting /communication / press information to VP and other executives

2. Knowledge and skills: development, negotiate, manage business unit

3. Education / Experience: Master, PhD in Engineering or related field / 10 + years of experience

4. Competencies: Systems knowledge and integration, find alternative solutions, self organization
