Block, Inc. is an emerging agency of 45+ highly skilled individuals working together to simplify the digital healthcare app scene. Our clients include: University of Michigan Health System, Cleveland Clinic, UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles and Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.

Block, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and versed in the full cycle recruitment process. While there are no perfect candidates, you will be a great fit for our company. You will be able to attract the top technical talent to our company. In this important role, you will be versatile, able to source, recruit and interview talent while teaming up with hiring managers. You are innovative and able to use many tools to aid in the recruitment process. 

How you’ll make a difference:

• Use recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, search engines to source, identify, screen and qualify ideal candidates.
• Improve the candidate experience by remaining in constant contact, giving updates, providing timely feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest in recruiting trends and news to help candidates remain ahead of the curve.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.

What we’d like you to bring with you:

• 2+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting. Tech recruiting experience preferable but not necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ATS system (Greenhouse preferable).
• General knowledge of coding language and terminology.
• Teamwork mentality and the ability to work with many members of the team at different points in the recruitment process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
