• Gather and translate requirements into functional business requirements based on interaction with internal and external customers.

• Create Business Requirement Document (BRD), business flow diagrams, wireframe, etc. for new products and enhancement.

• Work with the developers and Quality Assurance Team to make sure they understood the business requirements.

• Identify business requirements for system solutions or improved processes that will increase efficiency and overall productivity.

• Assist with specification review sessions and performed user acceptance testing (UAT) extensively.

2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management Role.

Understanding of the SDLC and STLC process.

Working Knowledge of SQL.

Strong written, oral communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively organize and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Salary Range:

80,000 - 95,000
