As a Technical Recruiter for our company, you will be tasked with bringing in the very best technical talent to our team. The ceiling for our young company is limited only by our ability to evolve with the ever-changing technical and communications landscape; with this in mind, we require advanced and experienced technical professionals to aid us in our success.

• Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years recruiting experience, 1+ years technical recruiting experience)

• Previous experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong written and in-person communication skills

• Track record of ability to multitask

• Attention to detail 

• Ability to self-assess and adapt to changing procedures and technology

• Familiarity with Windows OS (company will provide laptop and phone)
