Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Controller Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

You will be responsible for the general administration on the credit control desk providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. They will also provide support to the credit control team.

About You

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Provide customer account reconciliations as required
  • Credit Limit Reviews
  • Credit control/Accounting experience not required
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Develop effective working relationships
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
  • Strong team player with an ability to work on their own initiative

Your Role

As a Credit Control Administrator your role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to the credit control team in conjunction with the company credit policy
  • Providing ad hoc reports, admin support for internal stores, and supply customer service of a very high standard
  • Additional support to cover Credit Controller during absence
  • Producing letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller
  • Administering finance agreements within the designated area
