    Job Description

    Job Overview

This role requires the post-holder to be on-site at our Shirebrook office, for 5-days a week.

The Recruitment Administration Lead is responsible for overseeing all recruitment activity related to casual (hourly paid) retail roles, alongside salaried hiring across key roles within Head Office and retail operations. This includes specialist brands such as Evans Cycles, GAME and Everlast Gyms, across Frasers Group’s UK estate.

This role leads a team of 2 recruitment administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-volume, fast-paced hiring campaigns, while also supporting strategic salaried hiring aligned to Frasers Group’s commercial priorities and cultural standards.

Operating as a strategic partner to Store Management and internal stakeholders, the postholder will drive direct sourcing strategies, manage recruitment operations, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.

This is the ideal role for someone from an admin background, with a head of detail and processes. While you will be involved in recruitment activity, and involved in some salaried and hour paid hiring operationally, the majority of your time will be spent in the management of a robust admin process, using systems and tools to provide the most efficient and effective recruitment service to our retail leadership colleagues.

    • Own and manage recruitment activity for casual sales roles across the UK, typically overseeing 100–500 live vacancies at any given time.
    • Oversee salaried recruitment across specialist brands and Leisure functions, ensuring consistent delivery and standards, while directly leading recruitment for senior operational roles within Leisure.
    • Lead and develop a team of recruitment administrators ensuring effective delivery of recruitment processes and stakeholder support.
    • Partner with Retail Leadership teams, People Business Partners and Shared Services HR to ensure alignment on hiring needs, onboarding processes, and candidate experience.
    • Conduct first-stage interviews focused on cultural and values alignment, acting as a gatekeeper for Frasers Group’s standards.
    • Provide market insights, benchmarking, and commercial advice to stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
    • Drive direct sourcing strategies through proactive outreach, talent pooling, and social media engagement.
    • Collaborate with the Internal Comms Lead to enhance employer branding and EVP through creative attraction campaigns.
    • Utilise the ATS (SmartRecruiters) to manage recruitment workflows, candidate communications, and reporting.
    • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Support the development and execution of recruitment campaigns for new store openings and seasonal hiring surges.
    • Manage relationships with external partners including PSL agencies, universities, and recruitment platforms.
    • Drive a culture of internal progression within the TA team, by hiring for potential and providing opportunities for administrators to develop towards a TA Partner role.
