Material Stocker - Upgrade Material Stocker Trainer

Job Description
In addition to the job duties of a Material Stocker, the Trainer, Material Stocker will be expected to do the following:
- Responsible for the training/certification/recertification of production associates on material stocking processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards and metrics are met and maintained.
- Must remain up to date on all process changes and create and maintain new documentation when needed. Recommend updates to training content, materials and tests.
- When directed, create, update, and maintain processes via creation of Standardized Operating Procedure documentas under the direction of production leadership.
- Coduct Orientation for new Material Stockers, reviewing basic safety/quality/performance requirements for new hire areas of responsibility such as SAP T-Codes and other relevant technical skills.
- Possess the capability to objectively evaluate other Material Stocker’s performance.
- Self-disciplined to train and work without direct supervision.
- When directed, conduct audit of MOEN Material Stockers’ performance and provide feedback to team lead and manager with documented findings.
- Attend and participate in cadenced training meetings to plan, resource and execute training actions that will be proactive in addressing applicable safety, quality, and performance trends and concerns.
- Coordinate with manager to create monthly Material Stocker training schedules and provide recertification training as required.
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Participate in monthly safety program activities and assist in development and management of safety inspections. Participate in I-engage and I-observe programs.
- Participate in facility Kaizen/6S events. Assist in regular 6S audits of all areas in the facility. Maintain housekeeping standards in areas of responsibility.
- Actively participate in the production team to include providing feedback during process development and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and perform effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
- Perform all duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- It is essential that the Trainer, Material Stocker be self-motivated, have good prioritization and organizational skills, and have a sound knowledge of T-codes.
Qualifications
- Associate must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months. (Exceptions to the 6-month time limit may be considered if circumstances beyond the control of the associate caused a shift change or demotion or based on business needs. In addition, associates seeking a higher labor grade may apply without waiting 6 months.)
- Associate must not have been removed from or voluntarily stepped down from the same role in the preceding 6 months.
- Associate can have no written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date.
- Associate cannot have less than 17 UTO hours.
- Associate must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
- Associate must meet all the minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid.
- Associates selected will receive the necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, to include processes and computer requirements.
- A 90-day probationary period applies to all job postings.
- Associate submits an application through Workday prior to the posting deadline.
Notes:

- Interested TEMP associates can bid and will have the opportunity to become permanent based on their performance.
- Material Stocker bids are not cell specific. Production Managers will assign based on production requirements.
- Interested TEMP associates can bid but will only be considered if the roles are not filled by current Moen Associates
