Forbes Advisor is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for the SEM department. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This role focuses on leveraging data to improve campaign performance, enhance user engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The Digital Marketing Analyst will create and analyze dashboards, conduct performance analysis, and assist in strategic decision-making related to digital marketing efforts. Job Description
Work experience: 4 to 6 years
Job Responsibilities
Data Collection and Organization
Collect data from various sources (databases, different UIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
Access existing databases and establish processes for storing new data.
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies or errors.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights for decision-making.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use tools and software to analyze and visualize data effectively.
Reporting and Presentation
Develop and maintain reporting templates or dashboards for efficient visualization.
Present reports to managers or decision-makers clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with other business areas to identify and meet reporting needs.
Process Improvement and Automation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Implement strategies to increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Industry Knowledge and Multi-tasking
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency
High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI.
Understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and other internet ad networks.
Analytical and Statistical Skills
Proven ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Communication and Detail Orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
