Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment or within the marketing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools.
