We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer & React Frontend Developer who combines strong design thinking with modern frontend engineering expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating intuitive user experiences and translating them into beautiful, responsive, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Conduct user research and understand business requirements to create intuitive user experiences.
• Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into elegant user experiences.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect and reusable components.
• Build scalable component libraries and maintain UI consistency.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

UI/UX Design

• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Frontend Development

• 3–5 years of experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
