Interns at flatfair bring questions and build answers. We offer a range of internships in London and durations and start dates vary according to the project. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and our recruitment team will determine where you fit best based on your resume.

Internships are typically offered in the following areas:

Operations: Operations is at the heart of everything we do. Your work will be diverse, challenging and highly rewarding as we scale the business across the UK. You’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up and make an impact from day one. You will play an integral role in helping us efficiently scale, follow communications, procedures and policies but mostly help to develop new ones. You will optimize our operations through innovation and process development. You will build and maintain the flatfair help center, FAQs and forum, and aggregate platform feedback and prioritise a pipeline of feature updates. And you will handle phone, chat and email inquiries and requests from our clients, partners and suppliers.

Accounts: Our Accounts team partners closely with some of the largest landlords & agencies across the UK to develop a new renting experience that puts the tenant at its core. We're uniquely situated to help shape how these companies grow their businesses in the digital age. You will closely work with our commercial director with one primary goal - help flatfair’s clients meet their ambitious growth targets. You would be expected to help develop new business while sustaining the company’s culture and dynamic working environment.

Marketing: Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at flatfair starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how flatfair's products solve its customers’ problems - from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. You will help us create engaging marketing content on the website and elsewhere and manage the social presence of flatfair online.

Finance & Business Management: The Finance & Business Management team works across the firm to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. You’ll provide information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions. You will work directly with information to drive meaningful analysis, reports, and presentations for management, clients and investors. You will work on different initiatives and define and implement frameworks for new programs and policies across the company; last but no least you will help us drive exceptional financial discipline to ensure sound business practices and accurate reporting that guide our business decisions.

As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects core to flatfair’s business, whether it be Operations, Accounts, Marketing, or Finance & Business Management. Responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest and skills.

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or just completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program. Priority is given to students graduating end of 2018 or in 2019 so please include your graduation date on your resume.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks and up to 6 months at flatfair.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing or related fields.
