    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
      • Work closely with Product Owners (POs), development teams, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable tasks.
      • Analyze and document complex business requirements, offering viable alternatives and solutions to ensure project success.
      • Facilitate meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
    • Agile Process Management
      • Manage complex Jira processes, ensuring tasks and workflows align with Agile best practices.
      • Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Administrative Excellence & Reporting
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project deliverables, decisions, and changes.
      • Generate detailed reports and perform in-depth analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Leadership & Problem-Solving
      • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business implications behind tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
      • Exhibit bravery in addressing challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution by working closely with POs and team members.
      • Act as a point of accountability for managing tasks and workflows efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • 4-5 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on Corporate and SME banking.
    • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience managing Jira processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer creative and viable alternatives.
    • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
    • A proactive mindset, with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
