What You'll Do
In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary relationship manager for an established network of automotive dealerships while identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the DFW Metroplex and across Texas.
You'll be responsible for expanding dealer relationships, promoting indirect lending programs, supporting members through the loan process, and helping grow an already successful lending portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners throughout North Texas and across the state.
- Identify and establish new dealer partnerships to grow the indirect lending program.
- Visit dealerships regularly to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Promote lending products and other financial services that benefit both dealers and members.
- Train dealership finance teams on lending programs, policies, and procedures.
- Respond promptly to dealer and member inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist with loan underwriting, loan closings, and lending support.
- Analyze dealer performance and recommend strategies to improve production and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with internal lending teams to deliver an exceptional experience for both dealers and members.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to two years of experience in consumer lending, indirect lending, dealership finance, banking, credit unions, or a related financial services environment.
- Proven sales and relationship management abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of consumer lending practices and loan documentation.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $65-68K/annually
