What You'll Do
Are you a final-year student or graduate who are ready to launch your career in technology? Our 12-month Graduate Program offers hands-on experience, structured learning, and rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, helping you build technical skills while contributing to real business projects from day one.

Our 12-month Graduate Program provides a structured learning experience designed to accelerate your career in technology. Through rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, you'll gain hands-on experience, build technical expertise, and contribute to real business projects from day one.
What You'll Gain:

Build Skills for the Future:
As part of the program, you'll develop in-demand capabilities in AI, Generative AI (GenAI), data, and analytics. You'll participate in specialized training, work on innovative technology projects, and gain exposure to GenAI-powered tools and solutions while building future-ready skills such as digital fluency, adaptability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year university students or recent graduates (Less than 2 years experience)
- Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
- Strong interest in Technology, Analytics, and GenAI
- Reporting to a Manager, you'll receive ongoing support from mentors and team members dedicated to helping you develop throughout the program.
