Job Description

You will have responsibility in a named account environment managing Fintech client relationships. You will also prospect and establish new relationships within the Fintech and Funding ecosystems. Your role will involve: building close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements. You will report to our Vice President – Strategic Fintech + Big Tech

Location: San Francisco Bay Area or Greater New York City

What we're looking for

  • Passion for helping Fintech clients solve complex business challenges through data, analytics, identity, fraud, decisioning, and software solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and serve as a strategic advisor across product, risk, lending, operations, and growth organizations.
  • Understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, including digital lending, embedded finance, payments, fraud prevention, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills with experience delivering meaningful client outcomes.
  • Curiosity, innovation, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Expertise in growing strategic client relationships and expanding Experian's impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of Fintech clients and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Prospect to build a strong net-new pipeline; requires hunter instincts and a track record of winning new business.
  • Align Experian capabilities to client objectives and deliver measurable business value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve growth, risk management, fraud prevention, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Experian and partner across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and create exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • New York City or Bay Area-based candidates.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, Fintech, payments, lending, banking, or related industries.
  • Experience selling or supporting complex data, analytics, fraud, identity, decisioning, marketing, or software solutions.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts, develop pipeline, and drive growth within an assigned territory.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition, underwriting, identity verification, fraud management, portfolio growth, and risk strategies.
  • Executive presence and experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Travel is required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
