Job Description
Our global People Technology & Analytics team is looking for a People Technology Analyst to support our HR systems and employee experience.
What You'll Do
You will maintain a broad understanding of our HR technology landscape and provide daily support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Working within a global team across multiple regions, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIT team members to deliver system enhancements in consideration of our priorities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide functional support and issue resolution across HR systems
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement activities
- Partner with other teams to identify enhancements
- Support system and process changes across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities
What We're Looking For
You will collaborate with an interest in HR systems and process improvement. You will need to be customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Familiarity with HR processes, including talent acquisition and payroll
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR technology, or related fields
- Exposure to system implementations, integrations, or change initiatives
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking principles
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., Preferred Qualifications
