Job Description

As an Senior Consultant you will provide subject matter expertise to our clients across a broad range of areas including: comprehensive credit reporting, responsible lending, best practice bureau strategy across the credit lifecycle, credit modelling and open banking.

Reporting to the Director of Client Advisory, you'll have opportunity to:

  • Participate in a consultative and professional way with the client, to identify problems and define, design and deliver solutions.
  • Partner with sales as a trusted adviser to key clients (both prospective and existing) where you will provide consultation to drive their business strategies and help them meet their goals
  • Help to build pipeline for customer analytics and retros, and work closely with the credit services analytics team
  • Support solution design for clients by facilitating workshops, gathering and validating requirements
  • Work in tandem with Product Management to optimise existing solutions and to define and develop new capabilities and offerings

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Deep domain knowledge with ideally 8+ years of experience in credit risk, customer management, collections, modelling, analytics and credit bureau is considered extremely beneficial.
  • You will to different work and communication styles, as this will be required to work successfully with a broad range of customers and Experian team members
  • A strong commercial understanding and the ability to demonstrate return on investment
