As a District Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in securing and growing customer revenue within our district and across the Expeditors network. You’ll collaborate with a world-class team, represent one of the most respected logistics brands, and help shape solutions that make global trade work better.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customers, industries, and competitors.
  • Build relationships with customers and collaborate with regional, geo, and knowledge management teams.
  • Develop customized logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Drive new business opportunities and ensure a smooth transition of new accounts.
  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) collection and Credit setup for new customers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data entry in our CRM system.
  • Actively participate in trade groups and industry events to enhance market visibility.
  • Meet or exceed sales call targets, budgets, and pipeline diversification goals.
  • Attend regular training and development sessions to strengthen your product, service, and sales expertise.
  • Take on additional assignments as required to support company objectives.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the global logistics industry (preferably in the Jordanian market).
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and goal orientation.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Relationship-focused with strong influencing and presentations skills.
