Job Description
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage front line communications with customers
Facilitate customer bookings and complete booking instructions
Track & Trace freight
Make and manage bookings with service providers
Understand and manage documents (bills of lading, commercial documents, etc)
Bill for services, understanding costs and financial impact
Learn and follow industry regulatory compliance requirements (IATA, TSA, FMC, CBP)
Troubleshoot and problem solve as daily needs arise.
Support operations where needed.
Meet company standards of 52 hours of training per year.
