Job Description

 

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, executive directors, and key employees.
  • Coordinate visa applications and related immigration documentation when required.
  • Manage the Shareholder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder.
  • Organize luxury travel experiences, including private aviation, exclusive expeditions, bespoke itineraries, and high-end accommodations.
  • Monitor travel logistics and provide 24/7 support during international travel to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Arrange medical travel, international health check-ups, and related healthcare appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate both corporate and private events for the Shareholder and the Single Family Office (SFO).
  • Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of birthday and Christmas gifts for partners, employees, and family members on behalf of the Shareholder.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and business information.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, including providing support during international travel.
  • Willingness and availability to undertake occasional business travel.
