What You Will Do

This role will be the backbone of our business, you will take the lead on all things to do with finding niche candidates.

This role is all about sourcing talent in the digital age. If you don't know what a sourcing Ninja is, that's fine, we will put you through a thorough training course to get the qualification and to get up to speed!

You will build talent pipelines, manage our sourcing channels and increase the awareness of our employer brand.

If you have done research before, that would be great! If not, then we are also keen to talk to any great recruiters who want to give up the BD side of their role and to focus on candidates only.

We are a small team of industry specialists and plan to keep the business that way. In terms of our leadership style we have taken a leaf out of the book of Steve Job's.. "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do" - we hire smart people and get out of their way.

We're small at the moment. As we grow we intend for the people who are with us now and in the next 12 months to assume the roles of Directors within the business. Your role can evolve into a full time leadership position, building out a division or be pure fee earning role. In each case helping to develop the strategy for growth within the business.

You have the opportunity to earn a stake in the business which is achieved through a share scheme so Directors of the business will have a genuine ownership as well as leadership role in the company.
