Role Description
The Sola Commercial Team Manager is responsible for leading and developing the commercial operation across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. This role combines the leadership of a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) with the direct management of strategic customer accounts during a transition period, with the objective of gradually delegating account management to the team and focusing on regional commercial leadership.
The role reports to the Head of Region LATAM and serves as Evolution's primary commercial representative for the Sola territory.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Lead and execute Evolution's commercial strategy across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, aligned with the direction set by the Head of Region LATAM.
- Act as Evolution's senior commercial representative in the territory—the primary point of contact that operators, studios, and business partners recognize as the company's commercial voice in the region.
- Monitor the local market, including competitor activity, operator dynamics, regulatory developments, and growth opportunities, with particular focus on the evolving regulatory environment in Argentina.
- Identify expansion opportunities across the territory, including new accounts, underserved segments, and emerging markets with growth potential.
- Lead the negotiation and sale of dedicated tables within the territory, managing the demand pipeline and coordinating with studios and the Product team.
- Contribute to the definition of regional commercial targets and ensure delivery of the agreed business objectives for the Sola territory.
- Ensure the consistent application of Evolution's commercial guidelines and pricing strategy across the full product portfolio within the territory, maintaining alignment with the regional commercial strategy.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, develop, and motivate the territory's team of Key Account Managers, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture built on accountability and business ownership.
- Support the professional development of KAMs by identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for career growth within the team.
- Gradually transition the management of personally owned customer accounts to the team in order to focus on broader regional leadership responsibilities.
Customer Portfolio Management
- Ensure active commercial coverage across the entire operator portfolio, from Tier 1 customers to developing accounts.
- Personally lead relationships with the territory's most strategic operators, including commercial negotiations, business reviews, and issue escalations.
- Oversee the overall health of the customer portfolio, identifying accounts at risk, growth opportunities, and upselling potential.
- Ensure that every operator receives an appropriate level of commercial support, regardless of size or stage of development.
Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities with new operators in the territory, working closely with the Head of Sales & Business Development.
- Position Evolution as the preferred provider of Live Casino and iGaming content across the Sola markets.
- Represent Evolution at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant commercial activities within the territory.
