Job Description
The Integration & Automation Analyst – Deployment Solutions IT supports Deployment Solutions scalability through integration monitoring, data validation, automation enablement, technical documentation, reporting support, AI readiness support, and technical issue analysis. This role helps reduce manual effort, improve system connectivity, strengthen reporting, and prepare Deployment Solutions IT for future automation and AI opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration and Data Support:
- Monitor and support Deployment Solutions-related application integrations, interfaces, extracts, imports, and recurring data flows as assigned.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, validate data movement, document exceptions, and coordinate escalation when needed.
- Maintain integration inventory, data flow diagrams, support runbooks, and technical process documentation.
Automation and Reporting:
- Identify manual processes that are candidates for automation, reporting improvement, workflow standardization, or self-service enablement.
- Support automation configuration, testing, validation, and documentation under direction of Deployment solutions IT leadership.
- Develop or maintain operational reports, dashboards, data extracts, and metrics views as assigned.
AI and Knowledge Enablement:
- Support preparation of structured knowledge content, FAQs, playbooks, and documentation for future AI support use cases.
- Assist with testing AI-enabled support scenarios, knowledge ingestion readiness, and response validation where applicable.
- Partner with Deployment Solutions IT Operations to ensure controlled and approved documentation is used for AI-enabled workflows.
Technical Support Maturity:
- Create and maintain technical procedures, monitoring checklists, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.
- Support root cause analysis for integration, data, reporting, and automation issues.
- Recommend improvements to reduce manual intervention and improve ongoing support reliability.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience with systems analysis, integrations, data validation, reporting, automation, or technical application support.
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs, file-based integrations, data mapping, interface monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Concur and related integrations, business processes, or connected systems.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting or data tools.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, workflow tools, Power Platform, SQL, APIs, or integration monitoring tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, data flows, reporting needs, or automation opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting life sciences, commercialization services, finance operations, client onboarding, or enterprise application support.
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, D365, Power BI, and/or other enterprise business applications.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging MuleSoft, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies to transform legacy integration models into modern, intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort, improve data accessibility, and increase organizational agility.
- Experience creating data flow diagrams, runbooks, automation documentation, monitoring checklists, or dashboard requirements.
- Experience supporting data governance, integration governance, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Experience working with offshore teams, managed services providers, or distributed support organizations.
