Job Description
THE POSITION:
As a valued member of EVERSANA’S Marketing & Corporate Communications team, the Marketing Communications Program Manager will partner with marketing managers, marketing directors and vice presidents to increase awareness and propel new business growth. The position is responsible for marketing communications, including producing content, executing outreach campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance. The role coordinates program execution to rigorous timelines while maintaining quality and brand consistency. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, video, social media, digital ads, and conferences/events.
- Content Development and Optimization: Partner with SMEs to develop content that differentiated EVERSANA’s services. Continuously optimize content for clarity, engagement, and performance across digital channels, leveraging analytics and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
- Digital Coordination: Manage content updates and performance tracking across digital platforms such as websites, marketing automation tools, and social channels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to optimize marketing efforts and achieve awareness, engagement, and demand-generation goals.
- Client Communication: Support communication initiatives that maintain consistency in messaging and reinforce EVERSANA’s patient-centric approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Content Development and Optimization: Partner with SMEs to develop content that differentiated EVERSANA’s services. Support the development of sales tools, including emails, capabilities presentations, and promotional pieces. Continuously optimize content for clarity, engagement, and performance across digital channels, leveraging analytics and best practices to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
We are looking for an eager marketing professional with a strong foundation of content development, digital marketing planning, execution, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience; health and/or pharma experience preferred.
- Proven ability to craft strategic content and manage content through CMS platforms.
- Hand-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Skilled at building relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Experience managing and executing marketing plans for diverse audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills.

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
