Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of IT technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring high availability of systems.
- Manage and improve POS systems, order management platforms, reservation tools, and digital payment solutions specific to the restaurant business.
- Act as the liaison between IT and restaurant operations to ensure smooth technology integration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.
- Oversee IT support requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the rollout of new software or hardware across multiple restaurant locations if needed.
- Ensure network security, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide on-site support in Wilrijk, with possible visits to other branches if applicable. Requirements

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an IT leadership or senior support role.
- Background in IT within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant tech: POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Oracle Micros), kitchen displays, payment terminals, reservation systems, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows/Mac systems, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities efficiently.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Based in or willing to commute to Wilrijk five times per week. What We Offer
