Job Description

Everience Belgium is seeking a and goal-oriented Business Manager (W/M/X) to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing various projects.

  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (70% of role)
  • Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool
  • Develop and present appropriate commercial offers in response to relevant calls for tender
  • Manage existing client portfolios, providing your own momentum to assigned territories
  • Support ongoing service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and career development for team members
  • Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contractual elements, and resource allocation
  • Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
  • Identify and implement new strategies for territory growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client and candidate relationships
  • Strong analytical and listening abilities to understand client and prospect needs
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing client portfolios
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
  • Goal-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
