Job Description

Position Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our employees are fairly compensated and motivated to excel. Compensation and Benefits Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyse data, and design effective compensation programs.

What we expect from you: 

  • Evaluate and grade positions within the organization to establish clear job levels and hierarchies. Ensure consistency in job titles, descriptions, and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking using industry standards (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer). Analyse survey data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to design effective sales compensation plans. Develop and maintain commission structures and incentives that align with business goals.
  • Support the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and equity considerations. Ensure fairness and consistency across the organization.
  • Calculate and distribute bonuses based on achievement against targets. Monitor eligibility criteria and align compensation decisions with individual performance outcomes.
  • Partner with HR and department managers to forecast staffing needs. Maintain accurate position descriptions and organizational charts. Assist in workforce restructuring and planning.
  • Manage compensation-related data in our HRIS. Generate regular reports on compensation trends, turnover rates, and other KPIs. Use data insights to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits preferably within an international organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
