REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Eligibility Criteria: 
•    B.E./ B. Tech (CS, IS, EC, EEE) / MCA/ MS /BSc (CS, IT)
•    0-12 months of IT Industry experience
•    60% aggregate in highest qualification (no backlogs)
Personal Skills:
•    Good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment
At ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologies (shared code, documents and forums, phone, chat, e-mail)
•    Good Attitude towards learning new things.
•    Good Knowledge on logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
•    Customer handling skills are added advantage.
•    Ability to coordinate the work with different individuals / teams

Technical Skills:
•    Good programming knowledge in Python or any one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript or C/C++
•    Understanding of basic programming concepts, OOP and data structures
•    Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
•    Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
•    Familiarity with Git and version control
•    Basic understanding of SDLC, testing and debugging
•    Basic understanding of cloud concepts; Azure or AWS exposure is an advantage
•    Basic understanding of CI/CD and automation is an advantage
•    Exposure to Docker, Linux, PowerShell/Bash or scripting is an advantage
•    Awareness of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools is an advantage
WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL WORK ON:
•    Develop and maintain small software components, scripts and automation solutions
•    Work with APIs, databases and application integrations
•    Use Git and modern software development workflows
•    Support application troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution
•    Learn cloud, CI/CD and automation practices
•    Work with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint or Power Platform where required
•    Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing and documentation
Note: Candidates may be assessed on programming fundamentals, problem solving, SQL, Git, APIs and their ability to learn new technologies during the interview.
