Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director (DACH region), with occasional assistance to the CEO.
- Support the International Talent Manager with recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and maintenance of employee documentation.
- Assist the DACH team with HR administrative tasks, including contract management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and upkeep of employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including basic labor law requirements for DACH region.
- Act as the payroll interface for the DACH region, managing data inputs and coordinating effectively with the central group payroll team.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Sound knowledge of German administrative procedures and practices
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and advanced proficiency in German
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of German labor law, a higher level would be welcome
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
