Job Description
This role supports the client team by managing operational, financial, and planning activities. The focus is on maintaining accurate project timelines, tracking financial data, and coordinating requests across stakeholders using internal client systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and prioritize incoming requests via a shared mailbox; coordinate across planning, operations, and finance.
- Monitor and track requests, ensure completion, escalate issues, and update stakeholders.
- Learn additional workflows as needed.
- Financial & Planning Support:
- Maintain financial structures, budgets, and cost milestones
- Support forecasting, budget tracking, and invoice processing
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of study-related financial data
- Systems & Data Management: Use internal tools to document planning activities and maintain accurate project records.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to improve planning workflows and increase efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with project leads, operations, procurement, and business teams to support study execution.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (2 to 5 years’ experience preferred)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with financial systems and data entry (required)
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and planning tools like Planisware(E7) and SAP (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply. Onsite training required, hybrid work schedule may be available after completion of training period.
