• Customer acquisition and development within the pharmaceutical products sector of the Swiss market
• Discussing the required services in the field of small molecule analysis with customers and providing needs-based advice in personal and digital meetings
• Independent preparation of proposals for testing of pharmaceutical products and raw materials
• Planning and organization of sales activities in this area to achieve sales targets
• Attendance at relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops
• Project-related collaboration with partner laboratories within the international Eurofins network
• Updating and maintaining relevant IT systems, e.g., the customer database (CRM software)

• Degree in natural sciences (natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.)
• Sales experience and a passion for customer service and sales
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland
