Position Title : Global Integrity and Quality Manager全球廉政及质量经理
Report to : Director of Quality, Technical Management & Customer Service
Position Summary:
Within the Eurofins Assurance division, the main responsibility of the Integrity & Quality Manager is to manage the global integrity compliance program and the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17020.
Objectives:
Integrity Management and Governance (Eurofins Assurance)
Responsible for the management of the Code of Ethics program within Eurofins Assurance globally.
Cultivate an environment where all teams respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into their daily practices.
Actively engage with operations to maintain and evolve the existing processes and procedures of the Code of Ethics management and ensure their implementation.
Key point of contact for any escalation related to integrity and compliance.
Accountable of leading an independent investigation about identified integrity issues in any CPA operating office/team.
Quality Management System and Governance (Eurofins Consumers Product Assurance)
Within the Consumer Product Assurance (CPA), which is an important business line within Eurofins Assurance, the Integrity & Quality Senior Manager will be responsible of the global quality management system and maintain the ISO17020 accreditation.
The Integrity & Quality Senior Manager will provide technical support to operating offices/teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and methodologies to ensure compliance with the client requirements and service delivery objectives.
Beyond technical support, this role will be responsible for maintaining the compendium of Standard Operating Procedures developed in cooperation with the operating groups and consistent with the Groups requirements on a global basis.
This role will oversee and set up the global quality KPIs to measure the service quality and monitor the adherence to the established quality management procedures by operating groups.
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Maintain and organize documentation for the Code of Ethics compliance management system
➢Develop and update training materials to support key elements of the Code of Ethics management system
➢ Support operating groups efforts to implement Code of Ethics compliance management system elements
➢ Perform regular internal audits of operating groups performance relative to Code of Ethics compliance management system elements and follow-up on implementation of corrective actions
➢ Lead efforts to investigate, analyze and record complaints and identified integrity issues
Quality Management System and Governance
➢ Participate in the development of quality management system documents including policies and Standard Operating Procedures
➢ Maintain and organize documentation for the quality management system
➢ Develop and update training materials to support key elements of the quality management system
➢ Support operating groups efforts to implement quality management system elements
➢ Initiate and implement quality Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) efforts including developing and reporting results of CIP activities
➢ Perform regular internal audits of operating groups performance relative to quality management system elements and follow-up on implementation of corrective actions
➢ Lead efforts to investigate, analyze and record complaints and identified quality issues
Qualifications
Key Skills & Requirements:
Subject Matter Expert
➢ Significant knowledge of quality management systems; code of ethics compliance; and audit service streams and the demonstrated ability to implement related solutions
➢ General knowledge of risk management, auditing, and process management consulting concepts and the demonstrated ability to implement them
➢ Demonstrated ability to perform internal audits (onsite/remotely) in different countries.
Management/Leadership
➢ Problem solving skills including the ability to lead groups of diverse people through a problem solving process
➢ Effective oral and written communications skills including professional English presentation
➢ Ability to deliver presentations to in-house and client/vendor audiences
➢ Strong skills as a team leader and ability to work well with peers.

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education/Experience (BMQ):
Master’s or advanced degree in Quality Management or a related field of study.
At least 5 years' experience in quality management service and auditing.
Certificates and/or Licenses (BMQ):
ISO 9000 Certification desirable
Ability and/or Skills (BMQ):
• As outlined above
Other Factors:
Must be able to travel to accomplish the duties of the position including international travel. Travel is approximately 15% annually.
