Job Description
Overview of duties
The position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the best HR strategy possible including recruitment, talent management and mobility activities for Local Status Employees to support the company’s growth and development.
He/ She will partner with each business leader to implement consistent and fair employment conditions and practices in compliance with Human Resources internationally recognized and within the country labor code and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter) of the Group Senior Profiles.
- Act as the contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the regional and local Heads of the different Divisions and Business Lines.
- Define recruiting strategies and build a talent pipeline and proactively identify and search for the best candidates.
- Define recruitment Standards and propose training for newcomers at Eurofins
- Be responsible for the Talent Management functions and update talent funnel
Talent Management
- Be responsible for the Talent Management of the group update the list of Succession Planning / Talent Funnel
- Discuss with executives and leaders for the recruitment, training and internal promotion planning while cascading to the HR Business Partners in each Business Unit
Labor Management
- Handle various HR / labor management issues in each business line
- Support updating & drafting the rule of the employment
- Support annual performance evaluations, and internal promotions
- Build strong relationship with each business unit leaders and executives
- Communicate and coordinate with the payroll & benefits team

With over 20 years of professional experience and more than 10 years of HR experience, particularly skilled in recruitment and talent management among various HR-related tasks."

- High level of emotional intelligence, able to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and professionalism.

Education Background and language
- Master’s degree
- Native Japanese and business level of English
