Job Description

We currently have an exciting opening for a Reward Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. You will tasked with supporting the Head of Reward & People Services.

You will become a pivotal part of the current HR team and be tasked with benchmarking, job evaluation, take ownership of the benefit function and covering all things Reward.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone with excellent Reward knowledge who is passionate about development and focused continuous improvement.

Very well suited for someone looking to step up into a Reward Partner position. 

What the role will entail:

  • Responsible for co-ordinating the successful delivery of cyclical activities such as pay review, bonus, performance management and long and short-term incentive schemes
  • Deliver the operational Reward cyclical actvities including collation, calculation, analysis, modelling and communication of payments
  • Lead day to day Pay & Reward activities including management of budget and contracts including supplier management.
  • Drafting of reports and proposals eg Gender Pay gap analysis.
  • Being the Subject Matter Expert in all things relating to rewards, benefits and compensation.
  • Advice the wider HR team to give advice to other HR processes and projects.
  • Maintain, analyse and gather internal and external salary data, provide salary benchmarks and package recommendations

Qualifications

We would love you to bring:

  • You will have worked on a range of compensation and benefits programmes across multiple annual cycles. You’ll need to be flexible, able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and positive relationships.
  • Quickly build and maintain positive relationships
  • Be proactive and tenacious, with great attention to detail
  • Love to learn
  • You have Excel superpowers and real depth of experience in building Excel models, driving decisions through simplifying data.
  • Ability to prepare Board level analysis and presentations
  • Confident in putting forward opinions and supporting senior members of staff on reward standard methodology.
  • Strong project management skills to run multiple projects.
  • The ability to deliver clear, well-structured communications.
  • Have an analytical approach, able to suggest ways to look at the data available to generate new insights
  • Be experienced in using one of the leading salary surveys e.g. WTW
  • Ideally have used a job levelling/evaluation methodology
