esure has a strong culture of data-driven decision making and our Insight Analyst will provide key analytical support to digital & marketing including profiling, segmentation, propensity modelling & improving our marketing strategy.

What you'll do:

• Provide standard reporting of call centre information adhering to deadlines, adding supporting commentary and analysis
• Continually observe operational performance, identifying trends and areas for investigation and analysis
• Design and create MI tools and reporting systems capable of capturing required data, outputting relevant MI and reporting results against agreed performance measures
• Introduce new self-service and AI/ML modelling capabilities using Tableau and Python
• Capture, refine and fulfil one-off insight requests
• Ensure control documentation is kept up to date and perform quality checks against key business data sources to ensure integrity

We’d love you to have:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high data literacy and outstanding visualisation skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, perseverance and a high level of adaptability
• Ability to challenge the status quo while  working collaboratively to deliver best in class insight and analysis
• Requirement to manage high workloads and adhere to tight deadlines
• Excellent ability to extract and transform data for use in modelling and machine learning
• Experience with SQL & Python
