Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategy Analyst to join our Commercial department on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting in to the Head of Customer Design, you will be the focal point in the business for using customer, commercial, competitor and market insight to develop and articulate the strategy of the organisation.
You will lead regular performance reporting and comms at executive level as well as operational level. You’ll lead our approach to strategic planning and review, including developing materials for senior presentation as well as external audiences. You’ll also lead on assessing ad-hoc business development opportunities (such as partnerships) and support making key strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in strategy and/or analysis in retail financial services
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, appropriate for executive and board level
- Highly numerate and experienced in data-driven decision making
- Highly skilled at cross-functional problem-solving with the ability to frame, structure and solve ambiguous strategic challenges
- Self-starter with strong ability to organise and manage your work across multiple priorities
- Ability to form close working relationships and influence with a range of senior stakeholders
- Able to shape and drive improvements in our ways of working around data, insight and strategic development
