Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Planning and Insight department. This role can be based from any of our 3 offices (hybrid working).

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing long-term capacity models to ensure our customers receive a world class service.

The Day to Day

  • Plan to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time
  • Own the plan - build and run detailed -capacity modelling for front and back office
  • Make the plan ‘real’ - agree key inputs with the business and set resource levels with training or suppliers
  • Keep the business safe - monitor performance of key plan inputs and assumptions
  • Apply your knowledge - challenge and refine existing resource planning infrastructure and processes
  • Keep our team safe - Own and maintain risk and control documentation, identify and escalate upcoming risks

Qualifications

  • Build the models - excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high data literacy
  • Explain the plan - credible and persuasive when interacting with key decision makers
  • Improve the plan - constantly seek opportunities for refinement to models, plans and processes

Salary - £35-£45,000 plus up to 10% annual bonus
