Job Description

We are recruiting for a CMS Editor to join our Digital Marketing team to drive the optimisation and improvement of existing and new customer journeys to deliver improved performance across our websites.

Alongside this you will also support the ongoing development and maintenance of all content across esure’s website, ensuring all content is up to date, optimised and in line with our brand guidelines.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Support our content strategy and implementation of this strategy across our websites
  • Working with the wider team to ensure the websites are updated in line with business plans and the integration of our growing product, esure Flex.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to seek approval for and make planned changes to the retail sites i.e., wireframe/landing page build, taking into consideration brand expectation, SEO optimisation & overall conversion goals
  • Working with an existing external partner to deliver consistent CRO activity using Monday.com & Optimizely
  • Be the business owner for the esure Media Approval’s Centre online platform helping to ensure all marketing changes are logged and approved by the relevant stakeholder

Qualifications

We'd Love You to Bring:

  • Experience of managing web changes (via a CMS is useful but not necessary – we use Drupal)
  • You have previously optimised customer journeys to make them more efficient
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and approval process flows
  • Any previous experience managing adobe analytics beneficial
