What you’ll do

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that impacts every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from designing a seamless recruitment and onboarding journey in order to attract the best diverse candidates, to creating learning opportunities that allow our colleagues to flourish, to establishing and maintaining a culture in esure that retains and engages colleagues.
