We are recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract basis! As a key support for our Finance Business Partners you will help provide financial insight and produce financial reports. You will also be involved in reviewing and streamlining processes across reporting / financial packs to ensure consistency across all business areas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner closely with the Finance Business Partner who is responsible for supporting the IT & Data departments within esure. You will also support other business areas as and when needed
• Support in the creation of detailed reports and annual and monthly Financial MI. This will include Project financials, cash and P&L insights, cost centre reporting, balance sheet analysis and FTE reporting
• Produce monthly analysis for the IT Leadership team. This analysis will help the team to understand how the function is performing against budget and forecast
• Provide the Finance Business Partner and wider business with financial insight and analysis to aid decision making and provide early insight on potential financial risks and concerns to the leadership team

We'd love you to bring:

• A Finance Analyst who has a passion for process improvement. Experience supporting large business functions is beneficial
• Curiosity for data and the ability to draw meaningful insights from this data to support decision making
• Advanced MS Excel skills and used to dealing with large amounts of data
