Job Description

At Esure we have a very exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity Administrator to join us at our Reigate office on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

As an Administrator you will sit within our Business Continuity team within the IT department. You will work closely with various teams across our business dealing with our suppliers, our people and most importantly our customers.

You will deal with multiple teams across the business, finding out about how we work with critical suppliers. You’ll be making accurate records about our suppliers, and working with all departments closely to make sure that esure action plans are up to date.

You’ll be working in a small team with a wealth of experience who will help you understand how esure works and how to find and record important information. We use a variety of tools to record and display information, some you’ll be familiar with such as MS Excel and PowerPoint and others that we’ll train you in.

Qualifications

You are a good fit for the role if you have the following;

  • A willingness to learn what is important and to see opportunity to make that happen
  • Good analytical skills, asking people for information in different ways to get a good result
  • Diligence and tenacity getting high quality data recorded in a consistent fashion
