Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join us on a permanent contract based our Reigate office. 

What you will do;

  • Assist with production of key Financial Reporting including monthly CFO Report to Executive/Board/Shareholders and weekly management information
  • Take ownership of data collation from various sources to enable delivery of key performance metrics
  • Undertake analysis, reconcile data and ensure variances are investigated and commentary is relevant and concise.
  • Take responsibility for the transfer of data from various sources to FP&A Reporting and Planning models, ensuring that data is validated and reconciled
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis as directed to support the business’ day-to-day decision making processes.
  • Take an active role in the development of new reporting tools and techniques in Esure’s enterprise performance management tool (Anaplan) 

Qualifications

What we are looking for;

  • Relevant degree and/or experience in a financial or analytical role
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in excel and powerpoint with a desire to strengthen broader financial systems knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to analyse complex information and provide insight
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Clear awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Good data interpretation and analysis skills
