Job Description

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an individual to join the wider IT support function as a Service Analyst.

As part of the team you will be responsible for providing IT support and service Management to esure’s end-user community to ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA’s, and to liaise with 3rd party I.T. suppliers as needed. You will work to an agreed team shift pattern to cover business requirements. 

What you will do:

With a passion for technology and people you will work closely with esure’s end user base to provide a single point of contact in relation to IT incidents and service requests. This role is key in providing a customer focused interface between esure’s operational staff and the wider IT team (including the esure IT partner Capgemini).

Whilst gathering sufficient and accurate information on incidents and service requests you will recommend the most appropriate course of action to the end-user, which will most efficiently restore their ability to work. The Service Analyst will ensure all work requests are tracked appropriately using the IT Service Management toolset and escalated with team members, Service Manager and Service Owners where necessary.

Qualifications

What are we looking for:

  • A passion for people and technology and the drive to resolve issues for our end user community
  • Someone who is passionate about playing strong as one, whose attitude and behaviour enhances team performance and promotes a positive environment
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Platform (Outlook,Sharepoint,Word,Excel,Powerpoint etc).
  • Experience of working with Citrix and virtualised applications.
  • Active Directory and Exchange Knowledge administration.
  • Experience of Working with Remote and office-based users.
