Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Analyst to join our Marketing team on a permanent basis.

As a member of the wider Marketing team you will be crucial in providing useful insight and analysis for our digital marketing channels, helping us to maximise growth and expand into new channels

What you will do:

  • Responsible for all reporting and analysis across digital marketing channels and our websites
  • Will own our tag management solution and implement all tracking as necessary to support digital marketing team activity
  • Proactively look for opportunities to increase sales and margin across all esure products
  • Support our digital marketing agency with forecasting
  • Deliver attribution model to analyse and predict the effectiveness of our current channel mix
  • Collaborate with our commercial performance team to leverage any growth opportunities outside of digital marketing
  • Translate digital marketing insight into a clear actionable plan for your wider team
  • You’ll be responsible for managing our Adobe Analytics platform
  • You’ll support us in implementing a CDP, working closely with the data teams to write requirements and ensure consistency across our platforms

Qualifications

What we would love you to bring:

  • Previous experience using Adobe Analytics
  • Previous experience in web analytics and acquisition marketing channels essential
  • Hands on experience in marketing platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Facebook ads Manager would be desired
  • Knowledge of Tableau and SQL
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Site Studio would be useful but not required
  • Previous exposure to technical migrations would be beneficial but not mandatory
