Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing team on a permanent basis.

As a key part of the wider Marketing team you will be responsible for owning and developing operational design, build, deployment and delivery of a range of multi-channel CRM programs.

What you will do:

  • Build complex, personalised multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, web push) and journeys
  • Lead engagement with IT squads on complex development requirements, such as campaign targeting requiring API calls
  • Build campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content and personalisation
  • Act as campaign delivery and platform SME, leading channel best-practice, IP warming, consulting on email design and highlighting opportunities for new use of campaign management tool features 
  • Lead email template design, working closely with Studio teams to create engaging and dynamic email assets
  • Monitor live automations to ensure they continue to perform, and work with the Customer Analytics team to provide recommendations on optimisation and enhancements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and testing, ensuring we get the most out of the campaign management platform

Qualifications

What we would love you to bring:

  • Proven hands-on operational experience building, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys (email, SMS, web push) in platforms such as Salesforce or Braze
  • Expertise in email and email best-practice (e.g. IP warming, email deliverability, accessibility requirements), and an eye for email design
  • Strong command of HTML/CSS, and experience using coding languages to enable personalisation (e.g. AMPscript or Liquid)
  • Expertise in creating segmentation and journey flows for automation, and ability to work with developers and IT teams on enabling data or technical resource for complex needs
  • Analytical in mindset, comfortable delivering campaign reporting
