Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a UX Researcher to join us on a permanent basis. You will play a key part in developing our customer insight capability and assist in the design of products that are useful, useable and desirable.

What you will do:

  • Use research strategy to support data-driven decisions and insight for product development
  • Ensure that the customer and user needs are at the heart of everything we do, in order to design market-leading experiences that deliver value for both the customer and the business
  • Collaborate across development, design, and marketing teams to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve product definition and drive business goals
  • Work closely with product teams to identify research objectives
  • Work with UX, UI and data analyst team members to inform the direction, evaluation and creation of prototypes to be validated through your testing strategy
  • Present data driven research findings to a variety of audiences
  • Inspire and advocate UX and CX across all customer journeys
  • Champion change and challenge current processes to improve ways of working and efficiency

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Significant UX Research experience within agile development teams
  • Significant experience in statistical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis
  • A strong comprehension of the strengths and limitations of the different research methods
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Effective problem solving ability even under short notice
  • Enthusiasm for design and technology
  • Experience of using prototype software tools
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project priorities
  • The ability to clearly articulate research, findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders across the business
