Job Description

We are looking for graduates to join our fast-growing and innovative transformation programme based in Manchester and Glasgow. You will join us as a Junior Business Analyst on a 2 year placement, working as part of one of our agile squads supporting on the non-technology aspects of our transformation delivery.

During your time with us, you will complete four, 6-month squad rotations, supporting the delivery of the non-technology components. Here are the squads!:

  • Target Operating Model: Crafting definition of the strategic direction for the company relating to people, process, technology and data.
  • Process Re-Engineering: Ensuring we transform not just the tech but also the processes which underpin it, while delivering fantastic experience for all.
  • Business Change: ensuring our outstanding new tech platform is embedded successfully within our teams.
  • Culture & Capability: Making sure we have the right culture to deliver on our business needs, that colleagues can be themselves at work, feel empowered to try new things, and have the chance to learn and develop to achieve their future goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of the team! You'll attend daily stand ups, bringing your insight and knowledge to both the team and the wider business to drive change for customers and colleagues, while supporting the team to manage their work tracking using our agile tools.

You will have the opportunity to meet with a range of stakeholders across the business, delving into their needs to design, test and deliver solutions, and presenting work in a format that’s clear and relevant for your key stakeholders.

As part of your 2 year programme, you’ll have access to world-class learning content from a number of different partners, and will be given the opportunity to gain scrum master and/or product owner accreditation.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any area
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • You have a logical approach to problem solving with great attention to detail
