Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a UX Researcher to join us on a permanent basis. You will play a key part in developing our customer insight capability and assist in the design of products that are useful, useable and desirable.
What you will do:
- Use research strategy to support data-driven decisions and insight for product development
- Ensure that the customer and user needs are at the heart of everything we do, in order to design market-leading experiences that deliver value for both the customer and the business
- Collaborate across development, design, and marketing teams to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve product definition and drive business goals
- Work closely with product teams to identify research objectives
- Work with UX, UI and data analyst team members to inform the direction, evaluation and creation of prototypes to be validated through your testing strategy
- Present data driven research findings to a variety of audiences
- Inspire and advocate UX and CX across all customer journeys
- Champion change and challenge current processes to improve ways of working and efficiency
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Significant UX Research experience within agile development teams
- Significant experience in statistical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis
- A strong comprehension of the strengths and limitations of the different research methods
- Creativity and innovation
- Effective problem solving ability even under short notice
- Enthusiasm for design and technology
- Experience of using prototype software tools
- Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to adapt to changes in project priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate research, findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
