Job Description

•Define a training & support strategy to facilitate the change requirements and milestones of our large-scale business transformation programme

•Work in partnership with our change managers, process teams, suppliers, SMEs & business stakeholders to ascertain training needs

•Create and articulate a series of detailed training plans, gaining key stakeholder buy-in

•Plan and design interventions to address a broad and complex range of change requirements including; new tools, technology, process, product, cross-skilling, soft-skills, behaviours and mind-sets

•Own the development and delivery of all training content, designed to engage a variety of learning styles

•Mobilise activity across your direct team, local training teams, the business and sponsors to manage delivery to all target audiences

•Work with the senior leadership team and line managers to support their capability development for leading change

•Iterate training to support ongoing changes to requirements is support of Agile development

•Work collaboratively with the wider Business Readiness team to ensure continuity of approach and messaging

•Evaluate training effectiveness and employee proficiency

•Introduce support mechanisms & super-users

•Develop an enduring knowledge management approach

Qualifications

•A strong track record of Training Strategy development & delivery across large transformation programmes

•Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation

•Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically getting to outcomes - comfortable to dig in and troubleshoot as needed

•Experience of managing direct and matrix teams

•Some experience of operating within a scaled Agile environment and / or digitally native organisation would be beneficial

•Some experience of operating within a digital transformation would be beneficial

•Willing to challenge business / commercial logic, supported by facts

•Excellent working knowledge of training methodologies and best practice

•Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence – ability to manage communication with key stakeholders
